Room equipped with enough facilities such as lamp, air-conditioning, desk chair set, hanging cloth bar , safety box, small fridge etc. There are two points that really touch me. The first point is the cloth in front of the shower room. I can wipe my feet after the shower. The second point is the door stopper on the floor. Once l fix the door stopper on the floor, the outsider cannot push the door from outside. The hotel management really put safety and comfort in the first place. There is only one problem which is the black mould and alkali efflorescence on the wall beside the shower room. The causes might be poor ventilation, high water content in the air or water leaking inside the wall etc. This black mould and alkali efflorescence could not be a big issue for short-term stay but this black mould spores keeps growing and causes irreversible damage to the wall. If the problem is not going to fix now, then one day the wall would need to be rebuilt. I believe that the black mould can be improved when the hotel room cleaner uses bleach to wipe the wall contaminated by black mould but hotel management will need to hire the plumber or construction company to check out the actual problem of the wall body and solve the problem.

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly during our stay. The room comfortably accommodated two people, and the amenities were well-prepared, including a convenient mini-fridge for keeping beverages cool. A complimentary breakfast of nasi lemak, fried bihun, and toast was provided. We also appreciated the complimentary luggage storage after check-out, allowing us to enjoy our visit to 1 Utama Shopping Mall without carrying our bags. The only drawback was that the shower head had limited water spray range, making showering somewhat inconvenient. The price of RM 120 per night was very reasonable.
